Eco-Friendly Makeup

In honor of Earth Day, I thought I would do a fun makeup look using only eco-friendly products. Believe it or not, I wore this makeup look to work and received several compliments. It looks dramatic, but don’t worry — It’s very wearable and you can make it less intense if you prefer a more natural look. I had a lot of fun creating this look and I hope you guys like it! All of the brands I mentioned in this post are cruelty free and do their part in helping the environment.

Tarte Tartegaurd 20 Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 20 Sunscreen in Light-Medium

I love this tinted moisturizer because it gives me a little extra sun protection, which is very important when you live in Florida. It’s sheer and oil-free. Perfect for the summer time! I also like to mix it with an illuminator to give my skin more of a glow.

RMS Beauty Tinted “Un” Powder in 2-3

This setting powder minimizes pores, softens skin, and absorbs excess oil. I also love that it is talc and paraben free. I used the Sephora Pro Contour Brush #79 to roll the powder onto my under eye area and t-zone.

Ilia Multi-Stick in A Fine Romance

This multi-stick is a staple in my makeup routine. It lasts all day and gives you a nice flush of color. I lightly dabbed it onto my cheeks and blended it out with a brush.

Bite Beauty Multi-Stick in Cashew

I used this multi-stick on my eyes, lips, and cheeks. The color is great for everyday and blends easily into the skin.

RMS Buriti Bronzer

This bronzer is perfect for summer because it gives your skin a healthy glow. I used this contour my cheekbones and warm up my complexion.

RMS Living Luminizer

Wow, this highlighter is surreal! It gives my skin a lit-from-within glow that is absolutely gorgeous. I used my ring finger to apply this product to the top of my cheekbones, nose, cupid’s bow, and the inner corners of my eyes.

I used the Bite Beauty Multi-Stick in the shades Papaya, Biscotti, and Cashew. First, I applied Papaya with a pencil brush. Then layered it with Cashew towards the outer corners of my eyes and crease. I intensified the look with Biscotti towards the outer corners of my eyes. I used the Tartlet Tease eye shadow palette in the shades First Kiss and Wink  to set this eye look. I created a straight edge with a Q-Tip and concealer. I finished the look with several coats of mascara from W3ll People.

I dabbed a tiny amount of Bite Beauty Multi-Stick in Cashew on my lips. Then I applied Ilia lipstick in Madam Mina. After blending those products, I applied Ilia tinted lip conditioner in Blossom Lady.

Happy Earth Day!
